They overwork their staff - 1 person doing the job of 2 in nearly every instance. Little care given to the well-being of staff, even when it's evidently clear staff are struggling. Employees lower down are simply not paid enough for the job. Lack of care for staff in vulnerable situations. They will hire the cheapest subcontractors with no care for the effects it will have on tenants/other members of staff who have to face the complaints and anger of tenants.
