      * Great team of people - all very friendly and motivated to put in good work. * Interesting and insightful look into the high-tech industry * Plenty of ways to improve current skills and gain more - real-world on the job experiences.

      Cons

      * Can get a bit hectic at times (comes with the industry) - Push through and come out stronger. * Bit of a cramped office space.

      Pros

      The offices are located in the center of Tel Aviv.

      Cons

      The company is run by three eccentric brothers. They have very strict Compartmentalization and secrecy policy, which really makes the job much more difficult and the atmosphere very bad. They treat their employees as resources and not as human beings. The work atmosphere is awful. All employees must be extremely quiet at all times. Communication between employees are kept to the minimum necessary. Lunch breaks are less than 10 minutes with very little socializing between employees. Salary benefits are very low compared to the industry's standard. The offices are located in a run down building in a residential area with no parking options.
