Nothing! Probably that they allow remote work but that comes with a huge cost to pay

If you value your mental health, yourself worth and desire for a healthy work/personal life balance. Then this place isn’t for you. They are so manipulative into making you believe that they are flexible, they care about your mental health and would want you to take time offs but that’s all a lie. They are so aware of their toxicity that they’ve memorised every answer to your concerns and issues. They will blame the employee’s, accuse them of bizarre behaviour but not take accountability. It’s very normal for them to change roles within the organisation and put you in a completely different role you were hired for and it’s no good quality work. They are basically vendors who get hired to do the background work but they will sure as hell make you feel like they are doing some great work. Please also expect to go from a senior role to a junior role because people keep leaving the organization and then they shift you depending on their requirements. You are expected to work beyond your working hours everyday, they literally ask you to put in extra hours. You’re told to work on the weekends as well and get this, it’s the funniest thing ever, in order to “catch up faster” you’re given homework’s to complete over the weekend which will be reviewed later. This place is a joke. All the good reviews are literally from their own people.

One of the things I appreciate most about this company is its professionalism and employee-centric work culture. Salaries are always credited on time, which reflects the organization's reliability and commitment to its employees. The management team is highly supportive and provides proper guidance whenever needed. They genuinely invested in the growth and well being of their teams. The company also works with a diverse portfolio of clients and offers exposure to a wide range of exciting projects. Employees are encouraged to take ownership of their work, contribute ideas, and drive initiatives independently, which helps build confidence. My experience here has been positive and rewarding and I am grateful for the opportunities, guidance, and support I received throughout my tenure. I sincerely hope to stay in touch with my manager and the team in the future. Overall, it is a great place for anyone looking to learn, grow, take responsibility, and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.

There aren't any major concerns. The only expectation is that planned leaves should ideally be applied for at least two weeks in advance, which is fairly understandable. At the same time, the management is quite supportive regarding emergency/sick leaves and does not usually ask employees to justify personal situations.
