Once selected, you will be treated like a king, without whom the company cannot function. Its only a matter of few days, after which you'll see the management's real colours
Cons
1) The very fact that all the "positive" reviews mentioned here clearly highlight that the ones who put bad reviews quit because "they cannot handle the environment", "not capable enough" etc etc shows how they talk behind your back! The ones who wrote these 'reviews' are probably the oldest ones in the company who make have some shares in it, and desperately trying to salvage the company's negative image! 2) No work-life balance! On the pretext of running a startup, they make you work like a maniac, during the day, at nights, and even on weekends! You'll be spared if you share a good rapport with the senior management / CEO, else, be prepared to get roasted 3) oh, how can I forget about the way you get reviewed during the salary hike session, it's like they expect the best fish to prove its mettle by climbing trees. And upon questioning, they literally break your confidence by showing as if they did a favour by hiring! 4) No self respecting and capable person stays there for long! Only those people get retained who say "yes sir" to every work or demand, whether good or bad, being allotted to them. 5) Salary hike is a big JOKE! Its like offering the smallest peanuts in addition to the peanuts that you are already working for! 6) HR is another BIG joke! You think you'll get your concerns addressed by talking to the 'HR', only to later realize that you were talking to a wall. Your complaints and issues will never be taken seriously!
