The environment is tough. Loud and very overstimulating environments that do not lend well to the endless teams calls. Inboxes reflect the worsening silo and political culture causing them to overflow with a lot of words and an endless list of self identified protect my turf stakeholders. You must be able to self insulate or be willing to join in the office politics that are overflowing. It can be exhausting and no help can be found - awareness has yet to find its way down to the masses and action to eliminate the offensive actions is not coming. The culmination of everything makes work exhausting and very dysfunctional.
