      Pros

      Offered work from home option to most employees during COVID. Global company

      Cons

      Constantly reorganizing, does not listen to employees who are hands on, compensation and benefits are not current nor competitive. Allows subpar performance from those in the Good Ole Boys Club while increasing the workload for the performers to unreasonable levels. Accepts poor delivery results to the customer while customer costs are for premium goods and services.
