Pros
Good salary, as compared to other big industrial companies in Finland.
Cons
Too many processes. Most of leaders hold mediocre degrees (Vocational schools, UAS, etc.) which means they only want to play political game, instead of thinking and doing intelligently and visionary. The whole company is like a flea market. Most of middle managers like to talk and do not know what to do.
