      Pros

      The trust, support in development and overall company culture have resulted in me being very satisfied at work and conversations have shown that this is a common theme true out several teams included in the finance department.

      Cons

      Comparatively I think Metso pays with its name within Finland, but they risk loosing high performers with a too "democratic" approach with salaries.
