      - Gain experience from doing a lot of tasks due to shortage of manpower - Colleagues who are nice but also gossipy

      Cons

      - Lots of work even on weekends but limited growth and low pay - Not a good idea to join if non-believer as they tend to favour people of their own religion

      So many to list. Pools and hot tub constantly out of service, maintenance staff inept, low pay, no recognition from downtown execs.
