Fun atmosphere. Coworkers were great to work with. Loved being able to help the different customers (and the regulars) on a day to day basis.

Can become boring at times when no work customers are showing up.

Flexible hours if you're working part time. No benefits. Decent vertical movement if you're in a larger branch.

Small company, hard to move to other departments. Weak financials. Management was slack because we had hardly any customers so manager came in late, took long lunches, and left hours early for the day with no explanation or meetings scheduled. Had several "regular" customers, but hardly any new customers would come in to open accounts. Catered to desperate hispanic customers and took advantage of them with outrageous fees and rates.
