      Open company culture, inclusive and diverse company

      Cons

      Dpts do not communicate with each other, hence some times the same projects done in parallel. Often there is a attitude of a public administration and not of a company willing to deliver, to perform and earn money.

      Pros

      Work/life balance is OK. They also help with relocation.

      Cons

      (All of this applies to the Berlin office, not sure about other ones) Boring CRUD projects with little technical challenge. Low professional standards and motivation level. Conflicts in some teams. Backstabbing. Vague career path. Faraway office location.

      Pros

      It is a company which just gone through a very fresh transformation. Colleagues are more involved and open to experiment.

      Cons

      It is a big company so there are some small things which are running slow in terms of internal communications and decisions.
