Pros
Working remotely from home is not a problem. They like to shower you with OT. They do not care if you milk them on the OT. Feels rewarding when you can fix technical issues based off you experience.
Cons
Constant Outages beyond your control. Mandatory on-call. 50% of the time you spend apologizing for it as if you are a complaint department. Easy to get burnt out from so many angry customers.
