      I love working here as everyone is too friendly and ready to help always. The higher management is always helpful and encourages everyone.

      Decent base salary to start.

      Cons

      The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
