      Pros

      Smaller company with great associates to work with. Fast growing and progressive. Challenging and fun work if you are in the inner circle.

      Cons

      Clear barrier between management and associates. Very little communication about goals and setting expectations. Employee reviews are non existent .

      Decent base salary to start.

      Cons

      The Florida market is a joke. Micromanagement from a boss who doesn’t leave their house. Lazy field ops team that falls asleep in the office at their desks (literally). no chance of getting paid your commissions. If you want to do a managers job without managers pay, this is the company for you. Complete incompetence.
