Pros

It was probably the most mindless job I have ever had as far as technical difficulty. Super attainable metrics for the most part if you had good calls.

Cons

Has changed from caring local provider, to selling out to t mobile and becoming soulless and greedy like the rest. Super strict metrics and time attendance, and will not tell you to be careful until it is too late for the most part. Trainers on call are usually very unhelpful and pretty rude tbh.
