Pros
In the last two years, they have implemented an entirely new compensation structure for all positions and implemented annual performance reviews with annual increases based on those reviews. They've also implemented an employee recognition program where we can actually earn point cards that can be redeemed for gift cards or merchandise. We can even send each other cards and shout outs through the recognition system, so it's not just for the managers. The benefits have also improved a lot over the last couple of years. New leadership at the executive level has really been key to making these improvements and I'm excited to see what else is coming.
Cons
Communication is lacking sometimes, and should be improved on.
