      Pros

      Family atmosphere. Competitive wages. Great benefits. Easy to identify with our projects. The people in our company are a pleasure to be around.

      Cons

      Some of the work in the plants is outdoors and exposed to the weather. The construction industry can be stressful and demanding at times.
