Pros
MetroQuest really cares about it’s employees. They put people first which is uncommon these days. The team works very hard at best serving customers but an important emphasis is put on work/life balance as well. As a smaller software company, you have the opportunity to really make your mark on the product and services. Managers consider team member’s individual strengths when delegating work and planning projects. You certainly won’t feel like a number working here. Bonus - MetroQuest follows a hybrid work model so you can work from the comfort of your home, the office, a combo of both - whatever makes you most productive.
Cons
Being a smaller team, of course resources can be bit more limited. Don’t expect a state-of-the art splashy office (it is still very nice, well-located and comfortable). Many “cons” may be “pros” for others. Be prepared to participate and be engaged, make your role what you want it to be. MetroQuest is continuing to grow and evolve, with that comes rapid change at times. Processes are in place but priorities may shift and internal structure may evolve. You have to be comfortable with some level of change, as is standard in many tech industry companies.
