Pros
Depending on which foreman you are assigned the majority are great leader and know/realize this importance of taking care of your people. Also, they are very hands off which leads to an amazing work environment that puta the responsibility of completing tasks in your court snd they so not micro manage at all. In the end this creates a great work environment where you become inspired to do a great job to impress your foreman and they are always a phone call away shall any issue arise or something as small as a question arise. The job itself is not very extremely hard work, however it is very tedious and repetitive. Waterproofing is a very specialized industry so take pride in the work that you do!
Cons
The only con is that in order to be good at this job you must have a lot of common sense and be pretty construction savvy because they don’t truly take any time to teach you. So you must rely on your Social skills ans make friends with the guys that have the experience and then they will begin to teach you the different techniques that will be required of you to do a great job.
