Pros
Flexible hours, some great people to work with and convenient location from my home. Relatively easy work
Cons
Dealing with customers can sometimes be a stressful situation. Management does not show they value employees very much, no incentives to work harder. Was at this company for 5 years and never received a pay increase despite receiving more and more responsibility (casher - customer service desk - supervisor)
