      Pros

      It can be 100% remote, you learn a lot, you develop skills, you become more organized, very nice people.

      Cons

      The workload is heavy, sometimes as people are busy they are slow to respond, the first 2 weeks are very heavy because of the training, many different platforms are used.

      Pros

      Metric is a company that is employee-driven, wherein all employees are treated as vital to company success. Metric recognizes the value of on-site personnel and compensates them justly, whereas so many other property management firms insult their employees with pitiful wages and laughable benefits.

      Cons

      Volatile field of multi-family property management means properties are sometimes sold and employees left with no job, or the buyer negotiates salaries downward. Metric, however, tries to keep employees, and cares about their lives and futures.

Our service team members are the backbone of the company, providing the service and maintenance to the homes of our residents and keeping the machine working - and we do not take it for granted whatsoever! We're glad that we now have a foot print large enough that if a property sells, we can almost always transfer our great employees to another asset and keep them employed.
