Pros
Can be remote or you can go out in the field. Employer allows for all Case workers to work their cases as they feel they should be. Low stress, not competitive as some corporate case management offices can be. Pretty good 401 k plan.
Cons
Haven't gotten a raise in over 2 years and the raises were not really raises they were just cola and have no idea if we will ever again get any kind of increase. No bonus structure. Little advancement opportunities.
