-Unnecessary bureaucracy and approval red tape for every step of a project = very inefficient
-Colonial organization structure with strict hierarchies, which is really disappointing as an Indigenous government
-Registered as a non-profit society, acting as a government, run like a profit-based company, making mandates and operational decisions in conflict with one another
-Ministry work is siloed due to strict hierarchies
-Many ministries are grant funded, so inconsistent and unreliable funding for programming and projects
