Poor Work Life Balance - Senior Compositor Method Studios Employee Review

Bad location, very far from city center, 45 minutes by bus. in a suburb with poor transportation options, and no lunch restaurant options. Horrible overtime hours. only paid 1.5x after 10 hrs. 6+ months of overtime on a project, and then roled onto next project. No care for artists work life balance or health at all. Reprimanded if you "leave on time" because you are "not a team player". No cut off time, often in the office until 1-2am and expected back in at 9am. Room was kept constantly dark, bad for eyes and makes you depressed. Poor management and directions.
