Working at Method Recruiting has been an overall positive experience. The founders are great and really foster individual growth. The founders + Sr. Recruiters are there to mentor and help you if you have any questions along the way but eventually you have ownership of all your processes/candidates.
The team is small but growing! We had new clients/jobs almost weekly with markets in NY/SF/Denver/Austin. The jobs scope falls within digital marketing, analytics, and other creative fields which made working on them interesting.

-The training process is still being developed, considering they are a smaller company. But learning as you go is important to your success. (Don’t be afraid to ask a ton of questions!)
- Commissions are well worth it but can take a while since pay is 1x a month.
