Pros

The do a good job selling the work environment just like they do a good job selling soap. It's all marketing.

Cons

The Chicago plant is a hostile discriminatory work environment. The supposed values they say are part of the culture is not intended for hourly workers. Management provides poor instructions and pits employees against each other. They are liars. If you speak up you will be fired. The management style is based on intimidation and they use various forms of retaliation to keep workers from speaking up about the working conditions.

Pros

Method is a company that cares about it's employees and their well being. A lot of companies say that and claim to have an employee centric culture... Method actually lives those values. Benefits are best in class across the board. People are smart, funny, creative and like the values claim " they care like a mother". There is never a dull moment and always a million ways to contribute to the overall company growth. Being a B-corp is a really special designation and for those looking for a company that considers people and the environment first... this is the place for you. Join us and help us KEEP IT WEIRD!

Cons

Working in a smaller company means you can't always take a straight and laser focused career path, you have to find other ways to grow and stretch. If you are looking for fancy titles this is not the place for you, it is about team effort and collaboration. People who work well in strict, rigid environments might find Method a bit more free spirited and less structured in process and hierarchy than some larger companies.
