Pros

Method offers full time employees a fairly competitive benefits package (401K matching!) and yearly bonuses based on performance. Folks around the office are friendly, and the space itself reflects the company's quirky, weird, and creative culture.

Cons

The teams at method are generally lean, and management doesn't do a great job of advocating for headcount when functions are stretched thin. People leaders generally don't spend enough time giving feedback to their direct reports. There are few opportunities for upward mobility, and no real focus on individual career growth. Plus, a lack of youth in the office

Pros

Method is a company that cares about it's employees and their well being. A lot of companies say that and claim to have an employee centric culture... Method actually lives those values. Benefits are best in class across the board. People are smart, funny, creative and like the values claim " they care like a mother". There is never a dull moment and always a million ways to contribute to the overall company growth. Being a B-corp is a really special designation and for those looking for a company that considers people and the environment first... this is the place for you. Join us and help us KEEP IT WEIRD!

Cons

Working in a smaller company means you can't always take a straight and laser focused career path, you have to find other ways to grow and stretch. If you are looking for fancy titles this is not the place for you, it is about team effort and collaboration. People who work well in strict, rigid environments might find Method a bit more free spirited and less structured in process and hierarchy than some larger companies.
