Pros
The benefits are great for a small startup. Everyone has the ability to build out the culture of the team since it's so small, and have the autonomy to work on projects end to end, so there's a tremendous amount of product ownership. There is also an opportunity to work with exciting engineering technologies.
Cons
It is in the crypto space, so things are ever so moving quickly, so there's not a clear roadmap past 6 months. Also it is not the most stable job, and its a truly what you get what you put in type of job, so if you're trying to coast, this might not be the best place for you.
