This company has a clear direction for its future, which focuses on price discovery in metal and steel markets and providing first-class independent information to its customers on market conditions. From what I can see it is working hard to ensure that staff have agency in moving the company in this direction and it seems to have increased its focus on staff development across all departments, particularly including sales, marketing and editorial and pricing. There is a flattish structure, clear division of responsibilities and a friendly atmosphere.

Must continue to maintain focus on staff development and retention

The company is a great place to work. It has a very exciting vision that is clearly communicated by the Managing Director and senior management team. There's a great team spirit and working culture and a desire to get things done. I feel valued and appreciated, and I'm given flexibility and autonomy to develop my role.
