Pros
I've been lucky enough to get placed on a team with an awesome manager. He really makes us motivated and happy to do the work even if its the most mundane tasks. The office is beautiful, and every employee is given laptops/phones if needed to enable work from home. It can feel like a large company at times yet the CEO will still walk by and greet you by name.
Cons
PTO is a JOKE. You start with 5 days vacation per year that you have to accrue first. You get 40 hours of sick time, 6 paid holidays and 2 float holidays where you choose to have off. Management can be unresponsive. I've had managers straight up ignore important questions, I had no on boarding, and was brought on without really knowing exactly what my job would be.
