Great place to work if your right out of college; you can play video games at work. The work facilities are cutting edge and they have Snoopy.
Cons
The Sales Desk is extremely under compensated with no growth opportunity. MetLife moved to Charlotte to save on salaries it is not the place for seasoned professionals. The Sales Desk and firm are developing a bad reputation around Charlotte.
