      Pros

      - Good work-life balance - The more you work, the more you earn. "You write your own check" - Good producers are very well treated by management - It gets really easy after 2 years

      Cons

      - No sales, no salary. Gladly I find it easy to sell social security complements/replacements, but it is not for everyone.

      Unrealistic workloads, constantly changing process for promotions, limited cross departmental communication or accountability, career stagnation in some departments, employees rated on bell curves for annual reviews.
