Pros
-It's virtually impossibly to get yourself fired unless you commit a felony while on the job. This is the only real benefit to the company. -In general the culture is very relaxed
Cons
-The pay is a complete joke, doesn't even come close to market value (There is no other benefit to make up for this by the way) -Pretty much the worst health insurance you can legally have -Bonuses and raises do happen but if you're not a higher up they're insignificant -Specifically for software development, the customers are some of the most unpleasant people to work with -Most of the company is aging and doesn't mesh with technology very well making the job incredibly frustrating at times
