Pros

Co-workers are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

The whole office is run by one of the three brothers who own the company. Unless you like being micromanaged I wouldn't suggest working here. Account managers and sales associates are told to lie to customers. Product sucks, they get so many complaint calls a day, you wouldn't even be able to count them all on two hands. You are told to take the blame for things that aren't your fault, manager practically throws you under the bus every chance he gets. And don't even THINK about arguing with him because he's ALWAYS right. When you get hired you are told it's a salary paid position, but don't listen to that crap... It's 100% hourly paid, you have to clock in and clock out, and even if you leave a minute early from your 8 hour shift, expect your pay check to be a lot lower than it should be. Also, no sick days or vacation days at all until your second year, but I wouldn't count on that either.

Pros

ter I've established a good trust with my team and my manager Global customers so you get to chat with people from Europe, Asia Pacific and Australia New Zealand - Management is human, flexible for personal and family related absences

Cons

Same like other places I've worked, you have smart & good people but you'll also run into some dumb teammates in the company who have no clue of what's going on.

Pros

MessageSolution has been a great and rewarding experience, a perfect place to work with a team of professionals to make a difference for enterprise customers and worldwide partners. Great compensation plan and once you do a good job, you have a good chance at getting promoted and advancing. It is a rewarding experience when multiple teams in the company to work together to deliver the best service and solution to the enterprise customers, and in the end get complimented by the customers, you feel that your contribution to a large project is being recognized that makes you feel excited constantly when involved something much bigger than what you can deliver by yourself. What really gets me is constantly getting a thumb-up from the customers, not just by your boss. Company's product development has been the super power of it all, created a number of great innovative products and first in the market technologies to be placed in Gartner's Magic Quadrant and in the visionary category. Also working at MessageSolution is like working in one small department of the united nation, In the past a few years we have had staff literally from all ethnic background, and sometime speaking a good number of different languages when talking to international customers and partners on the phone.

Cons

With the global markets' revenue growth starting to kick off in different international territories, MessageSolution management team should consider going IPO in one of the international markets to raise more funds and go big.
