- A caring, collaborative, supportive environment - Fun events! - Relatively horizontal, democratic team: everyone is encouraged to speak up and share thoughts/ideas - Cool and big-name clients. Heavy-hitting portfolio for a small company - Awesome, experienced team with a lot of connections
Cons
- Growing pains of being at a small, growing firm with lots of - Having to say no to client opportunities due to bandwidth: Message Lab has so many prospective clients due to good reputation and connections, they aren't able to take every RFP - Sometimes "shiny object" syndrome: lots of smart, "tuned-in" folks - You will be sad and miss your coworkers if you leave!
