Treatment is a great conflict to what is in place as the core values of the company. Pride -Respect -Trust They do not give pride to the employees as they are not respected to provide true excellence with service as the management team and principles do not communicate or fairly treat employees equally or per their policy. Changing to fit the wants and likes of the management. Within these actions, they do not earn trust or establish respect. It is like working for someone that says one thing and acts in another, expectations being sold high but in reality, have the outcome of buying from a used car sales man and getting a lemon. Then with that lemon being denied and being communicated that it is lucky to have a lemon at all. Reform would be easy if they just cared passed their own noses.
