Pros

The office in Denver has free parking, and is close to a lot of things, if you live in the area

Cons

Since the sale of the company to a private equity firm, there has been a TON of turnover. Mostly due to their lack of employee satisfaction. Salaries are stagnant, bonus's non-exisitant. no attempt to retain employees what so ever

Pros

Mersive is in an exciting stage of growth, with a clear focus on innovation and pushing new products into the market. The company has recently taken on a new direction that feels strategic and forward-looking, with leadership emphasizing technology that better serves modern workplaces. There’s a strong sense of collaboration across teams, and the work environment encourages new ideas and problem-solving.

Cons

Like any company evolving in a competitive tech space, there are growing pains and adjustments to new priorities. Communication around change could be more consistent at times, but leadership seems receptive to feedback.
