      Pros

      Products, People, Commitment to quality and desire to grow and reward people. It's been a tough market since 2007 and the company continues to search for ways to improve efficiencies to reduce costs so as to share those savings with associates.

      Cons

      Market we compete in has gotten further challenging. Price erosion has led to reduced margins that are below 2008 levels.

      the salary range is market average & above for some positions

      Cons

      If you are not a friend of the Merritt brothers you will not be treated fairly or with respect. The expectations are absurd for hours and dedication for a company that doesn't allow you to event leave 15 mins early for a doctors appointment.
