Just the hotel discounts were good but rarely used
Cons
Never left a review but feel the need to for this company. Worked in the reservations call centre and it was the worst job.
-Rostered and having to cover for people that were sick (which was every day because everyone hated their job and would admit to faking it)
- Made calling in sick so difficult and would make you feel guilty
- High turnover
- Lazy manager that did nothing all day while we were answering phones and wouldn’t help when things were really busy
- Was being paid incorrectly
- Never got to bond with my colleagues and had a very poor culture
- felt like a prison with no office views
- Micromanaged like crazy
- Overworked and would burn out so quickly
- Horrible CEO with no appreciation for his staff and contributes to the horrible work environment. Never made an effort to acknowledge staff either.
- Dealing with a condescending manager
- Would be good at the job but would be scrutinized and made to feel horrible when making one mistake (a result of being burnt out)
- No growth potential
Horrible workplace. Do not work here in the call centre
