      Pros

      Great workplace with no cubes. Open environment that cares for the employee as an individual. Great clients in an interesting industry.

      Cons

      If you like to be micro-managed or need to be given direction on a daily basis...this place is not for you. Career advancement is maybe harder than some companies, but if you have talent it's recognized and rewarded.

      Pros

      This is a wonderful company. Great people, great founders, lots of flexibility & areas for growth, and lots of collaboration. Open atmosphere. Invests and cares about colleagues deeply.

      Cons

      None. Seriously. Great company. It is very open and collaborative, so for a private person that might not be the place... but this is just me stretching to find a con. There really are none.
