      Very organized company Amazing thorough training Free drinks Decent pay usually at least $20 an hour with tips

      Cons

      In the beginning you stay stuck on register for a while (a few months at least from what i saw) before advancing to learning how to be on bar Once on bar you are sometimes alone which I did not love and it would be very busy

      Free coffee, offers health/vision/dental insurance, PTO, and good introduction into world of specialty coffee

      Cons

      No wage raise unless you move up, then you get a dollar raise after each year of being a shift supervisor until they cap you.
