There are no cons to speak of

I enjoyed working for Merit321. They were always available to answer a question or just just let you know you were appreciated. I received many phone calls and emails from Wendy, Jasmin, and Gabriella to check on me, my health, and see how things were going at work. I have never had an employer care as much as they have and I had a 20 year career with another business. I would like to thank them for being so caring of their employees.

The only downside for Merit was that they were subcontracted to another company that wasn’t ran as well. It was no fault of Merit321 though. They handled their business and took care of their employees better than the main contract
