What I love about working for Merion Residential is that you feel like you are part of a big family.

Only cons are just property management specific. No cons for Merion.

None they paint a very pretty picture that they care about their employees and are loyal but this is all false and you will waste time in your career if you work for them. There is a reason they have lost so many properties over the past few years

Everything they are unprofessional and lie and to their employees they treat good employees like crap the minute you will not kill yourself for them they are done with you
