      1. Too Much Politics 2. too much reporting 3. No clear cut politics 4. All senior people are management's yes men/women 5. you are judged good work on your ability to work late, even with out any results

      There are None. Waste of time.

      Cons

      Merino Consulting Services does not care about their employees, they only care how much money you can make for them. I left this organization after working for 1 week, and they refused to pay my salary for the days I worked. They claim that they will not pay because I left without notice. It doesn't matter, You Must still pay for the days I performed work...I was not working for Free. Shame on you Merino Consulting Services.
