Good hike in the start when you switch to Meril Your shift is completed and you are free to live your life (No work overload)
Cons
Beware of the cunning HR team. They will suddenly change policies and make you ineligible for increment. Make sure you don't trust their verbal commitments and take everything in writing on mail. Very less increments in future as well (2%, 3%) Lots of office politics.
