Pros
You will learn a lot a things there are many good opportunities, you just need to learn when to step in. “SPEED” is the key to sustain and win. The people are always helpful. The infra is lovely! You wont feel you are in a small town after entering.
Cons
The work distribution is a bit of challenge and complicated here, also the pay scales can be much better. I guess this is already happening but should happen rapidly
