Thanks for sharing your perspective on your time at ML. While the overwhelming majority of ML employees are happy here (92% retention rate in 2016) and expectations such as pay, work standard, and career opportunities are discussed prior to hiring, we do have rare occasions when the position and employee turn out not to be a good fit. Our support manager joined the team in May, 2015, and since that time a total of 3 technical support reps have been asked to leave (less than 2 per year). Micromanagement is not typical at MeridianLink, but managers will be more involved when an employee is not performing up to standards. Management’s intention is to help the employee improve performance, meet standards and be successful. We’re sorry that it didn’t work out for you at MeridianLink, and wish you much success in your career.
