Great residents, but corporate needs to see what it’s like at the facilities - Caregiver Meridian Senior Living Employee Review

I have never worked for a company that truly cares for each one of the employees but this one does. They believe in taking care of each one of the employees from top to bottom. Slefcare is a big focus for them as you can't take care for the resident if you dont care for yourself.

In my 3 years with them I have yet to find Cons
