Pros
Not many, to be honest.
Cons
Their office staff, is extremely disorganized. They can't keep up with the 100+ restaurants they own. I've only worked for them for a few years and I've already seen 3 new CEOs. Maintenence in restaurants is abysmal. It's usually about a month until they see the work order and then at least a week until it's fixed. Everyone in the home office is so detached from reality we can't stand it. They were not prepared (physically, structurally, or monetarily) to aquire our restaurants when we were purchased and nothing has improved. Those of us left that are still here from before the acquisition are only still here because starting over somewhere else wouldn't be very fruitful. Salary positions here are a headache to say the least. Good luck having any time to yourself if you work a salary position in the restaurant.
