Business outlook
Pros
-Learning and leadership opportunities, and a commitment to growth, even for young staff. -Positive workplace relationships, especially in the Fellowship -Travel and networking opportunities -Beautiful office space -Commitment to being "employer of choice," providing new benefits to employees, and respect of mental health and mindfulness -For a nonprofit, pay is not bad
Cons
-Not much office culture; beautiful office is not well-used and relationships mostly are built online -Occasional long hours, particularly in the Spring and Fall (Project Associates and other positions often make overtime 1.5x pay) -Employees often have multiple managers/supervisors, making it difficult to prioritize and negotiate between teams
